Li Wanyun

Li Wanyun is a registered Public Accountant with close to 20 years of professional experience spanning both public accounting and commercial finance. Her career began in audit, where she developed a strong foundation in assurance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance before moving into commercial leadership roles across a range of industries.
Drawing on extensive experience in both professional practice and industry, Wanyun brings a well-rounded perspective to client engagements. Her time in commercial roles has provided her with a deep understanding of business operations, financial management, internal controls, and corporate governance, enabling her to appreciate the practical challenges faced by management teams and business owners.
In recent years, Wanyun returned to public practice and successfully fulfilled the professional requirements to qualify as a registered Public Accountant. She has experience serving multinational corporations, growing enterprises, and listed companies, supporting clients in statutory audits, financial reporting matters, regulatory compliance, and capital market transactions. More recently, she has gained experience supporting Nasdaq-listed companies, IPO candidates, and companies reporting under US GAAP, further broadening her expertise in cross-border reporting and assurance engagements.

Mabel Khoo

Mabel Khoo is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), and a registered Public Accountant with more than 20 years of public accounting experience. She has served multinational corporations, listed companies, and high-growth businesses across industries including technology, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and consumer sectors.
Mabel's experience encompasses statutory audits, financial reporting advisory, capital market transactions, and complex regulatory reporting engagements. Having held senior audit and advisory roles with Deloitte, she has led engagements for Singapore-listed and multinational companies, supporting clients through evolving reporting and compliance requirements.
More recently, she has gained experience supporting Nasdaq-listed companies and companies reporting under US GAAP, further broadening her expertise in cross-border financial reporting and assurance engagements.
She is committed to delivering high-quality assurance services and practical, business-focused advice that enables clients to meet their reporting obligations while pursuing their growth ambitions.
